Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across group entities
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Review and consolidate financials for group companies in compliance with statutory and management reporting requirements
- Manage inter-company transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations
2. Audit & Compliance
- Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors for audit closure
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements under Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and other applicable laws
- Prepare and review audit schedules, working papers, and documentation
3. Budgeting & MIS
- Support preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
- Monitor budget vs. actual performance and provide variance analysis
- Prepare and present periodic MIS reports for management decision-making
4.. Team Management
- Supervise and guide accounting team members across group entities
- Provide mentoring, training, and performance feedback to ensure high team performance
