Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across group entities
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Review and consolidate financials for group companies in compliance with statutory and management reporting requirements
  • Manage inter-company transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations

2. Audit & Compliance

  • Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors for audit closure
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements under Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and other applicable laws
  • Prepare and review audit schedules, working papers, and documentation

3. Budgeting & MIS

  • Support preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
  • Monitor budget vs. actual performance and provide variance analysis
  • Prepare and present periodic MIS reports for management decision-making

4.. Team Management

  • Supervise and guide accounting team members across group entities
  • Provide mentoring, training, and performance feedback to ensure high team performance


Education - CA with 10 years of experience worked with group companies
