Sr. US IT Recruiter (Chennai/OnSite/Night Shift)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, negotiating, and closing candidates for C2C, W2, and 1099 roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle US IT recruitment (Contract / C2C / W2 / Full-time)
• Work on Direct Client and Implementation Partner requirements
• Source candidates through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and internal databases
• Conduct initial screening and technical pre-evaluation
• Negotiate pay rates and manage offer rollouts
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with clients
• Maintain daily recruitment tracker and submit reports
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipeline

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Experience working with ATS tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in night shifts (US EST/CST/PST)
• Strong understanding of US IT technologies (Java, .Net, DevOps, Cloud, Data, QA, etc.)
