Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CA / MBA / ICWA / CMA or any other graduate degree from Accounts & Finance domain

Job Type

Permanent Full Time Shift 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 02:30 PM to 11:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities

• Categorization/Classification of bank transactions
• Bank Reconciliation and clearing open items
• Payroll Entry Bookkeeping & Payroll GL Reconciliation
• Calculation & recording of:
• Depreciation
• Amortization
• Deferred Revenue
• Prepaid & Accruals
• Profit & Loss Statement Review & Analysis
• Balance Sheet Review & Analysis
• Month Closing & Reporting
• Drafting SOPs as needed
• Learning new apps/tools required for client servicing

Client Oriented:

• Managing clients independently for regular work
• Ensuring prompt & timely replies to client communication
• Attending daily/ weekly client calls with Team Leader
• Handling client escalations with help of Team Leader
• Nurturing client relationships

Required Skills

• Fluent written & verbal English communication
• Exposure to handling overseas clients
• Desire to learn new skills & apps
• QBO/Xero Certification is an added advantage
