Sr. UI/UX Designer

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer specializing in casual games or the B2C domain to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to problem-solve, conduct thorough research, and exhibit an excellent sense of understanding user and business needs.

Requirements :-

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Hands on experience between 5-7 years.

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a focus on designing interfaces in mobile games or B2C products.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.

Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data and user feedback to make informed design decisions.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Passion for gaming and a deep appreciation for the intersection of design and gameplay.

Responsibilities

Problem Solving: Identify design challenges and propose innovative solutions to enhance gameplay, user interaction, and overall experience.

Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and ensure alignment with industry trends and user preferences.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including game developers, artists, and product managers to translate game concepts into compelling visual designs.

Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and iterate on design solutions based on feedback and testing.

Documentation: Produce design documentation, style guides, and specifications to communicate design concepts and guidelines effectively to development teams.

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure that design specifications are implemented accurately and meet the desired standards.
