Sr. UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and user-focused UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling experiences for enterprise software applications. In this role, you will transform complex business requirements into elegant design solutions that enhance usability and drive product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences, including wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for enterprise applications
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and validation studies to inform and refine design decisions
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency and alignment with business objectives
• Develop, document, and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides to ensure scalability and consistency
• Translate complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces into intuitive, user-friendly experiences
• Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance product usability and innovation.

Qualifications & Experience

• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design, particularly for enterprise or complex software applications
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision
• Hands-on experience conducting user research, usability testing, and synthesising insights into actionable design improvements
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and defend design decisions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• A passion for solving complex problems through thoughtful, user-centred design
