Sr. UI Full Stack Engineer (React + Java)

Role Overview

We at InRhythm are looking for a highly skilled Lead UI Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Frontend development (70%) using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript, complemented by Backend experience (30%) in Java and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-performance web applications in a fast-paced agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend (Primary 70%)

Design and develop responsive, high-quality web applications using React.js.

Build reusable components and front-end libraries for scalability.

Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, high-performance code.

Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

Work extensively with JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs.

Implement state management solutions (Redux, Context API, etc.).

Backend (Secondary 30%)

Develop and maintain Java-based Microservices using Spring Boot.

Design REST APIs and ensure secure, scalable integrations.

Contribute to service orchestration, API gateway, and distributed systems design.

Participate in database design and data integration (SQL/NoSQL).

Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ years of total IT experience.

Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

Hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

Experience in building and consuming RESTful services.

Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks.

Knowledge of version control systems (Git).

Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have

Exposure to Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP).

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Understanding of performance monitoring tools.
