Our team is seeking a Sr.
Technical Program Manager to own and drive efforts across clients to improve and maintain the highest possible bar for Testing Automation tools, Stability and Performance.

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management.
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi
- million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
- Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
- Experience managing cross
- functional programs and release schedules
- Experience building and evaluating system
- level technical design
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition, and driving the goals.
- Experience in system design
Key job responsibilities
In this role, as a Senior TPM you will partner with Product/UX/Tech to deliver a program of work across a large number of teams.
You will work with Product and Tech counterparts to define the product vision and roadmap in a data
- driven and working backward (from customer) approach.
Where applicable, you will also work with Sr SDEs & Principal Engineers to draw technical design/approach documents and you will work with engineering teams across the globe to own the actual product execution cycle (Tools & Infra).
Along the way, you (as the program leader) will be responsible for defining how the product roadmap is delivered (delivering value in incremental phases, or in one go), bring teams across organizations together, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and when necessary make trade
- offs by balancing the business needs versus technical constraints.
In this role you will demonstrate program management skills and be comfortable to operate at scale, and will have experience in leading large cross
- functional and cross
- organizational programs.
You will be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.
- Thinking big and working with senior leadership, business stakeholders and engineering teams to define vision, strategy and requirements.

Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi
- million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
