Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Test Analyst with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Facets Billing Membership and Claims. This hybrid role requires a strong understanding of the Payer domain. The position involves day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Lead the testing efforts for Facets Billing Membership and Claims modules.Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases.Provide detailed analysis and documentation of test results.Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.Ensure the quality and functionality of software applications.Conduct regression testing to verify the integrity of existing functionality.Utilize automated testing tools to enhance testing efficiency.Participate in requirement review sessions to ensure testability.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide status updates.Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing team.Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.Support user acceptance testing and provide necessary documentation.
Qualifications
