Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Test Analyst with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IVR Testing Test Metrics and Reporting Cyara Testing Tools and Frameworks Manual E2E Business Process Assurance RALLY Agile Scrum Playwright Programming. Experience in Agent Set-up & Training is a plus.
Responsibilities
Lead the testing efforts for IVR systems to ensure seamless customer interactionsOversee the collection and analysis of test metrics to drive continuous improvementProvide detailed reports on testing outcomes using SNOW and other reporting toolsUtilize various testing tools and frameworks to conduct thorough and efficient testingPerform manual end-to-end business process assurance to validate system functionalityCollaborate with team members using RALLY HP ALM and Jira to manage testing activitiesApply basic programming skills to automate repetitive testing tasksEnsure all test cases are executed and defects are logged accuratelyWork closely with development teams to resolve issues and improve system performanceConduct root cause analysis for defects and provide recommendations for fixesMaintain documentation of testing processes and outcomes for future referenceSupport the setup and training of agents to ensure they are equipped to handle system changesContribute to the overall success of the project by ensuring high-quality deliverablesFoster a collaborative environment to enhance team productivity and innovationDrive the adoption of best practices in testing to improve efficiency and effectivenessEnsure compliance with company policies and standards in all testing activitiesProvide insights and feedback to improve testing strategies and methodologiesSupport the hybrid work model by effectively managing tasks both remotely and on-site
Qualifications
Must have experience in IVR Testing Test Metrics and Reporting SNOW Testing Tools and Frameworks Manual E2E Business Process Assurance RALLY HP ALM Jira and Basic ProgrammingNice to have experience in Agent Set-up & TrainingMust possess strong analytical and problem-solving skillsMust have excellent communication and collaboration abilitiesMust be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyMust be proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervisionMust have a strong understanding of software development and testing lifecycleMust be committed to continuous learning and improvementMust be able to adapt to changing project requirements and timelinesMust have a customer-centric approach to testing and quality assuranceMust be able to provide constructive feedback to team membersMust be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model
Certifications Required
ISTQB Certification Certified Software Tester (CSTE) Agile Testing Certification Preferred
