Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SF Consumer Goods Cloud SFDC Development & Customization SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving technology solutions that align with our business goals.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions using SF Consumer Goods Cloud to meet business requirements.Oversee the customization and development of Salesforce applications to ensure they align with organizational needs.Provide expertise in SFDC Lightning to enhance user interface and experience.Manage SFDC Integration processes to ensure seamless data flow across systems.Configure SFDC to optimize performance and functionality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.Develop and maintain technical documentation for all Salesforce solutions.Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in Salesforce development and customization.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to development teams.Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Salesforce best practices.Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends to ensure continuous improvement.Participate in project planning and provide technical insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in SF Consumer Goods Cloud SFDC Development & Customization SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration.Demonstrate strong analytical skills with a background in IT Consulting and Analytics.Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Show proficiency in creating and managing technical documentation.Have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.Bring a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
