Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SFDC Development & Customization Salesforce DevOPS SFDC Service Cloud SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration. The role involves working in a hybrid model with a day shift. The candidate will contribute to our IT Consulting and Analytics domains driving innovation and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions ensuring they meet business requirements and are scalable.Oversee the customization and configuration of Salesforce applications optimizing performance and user experience.Provide technical expertise in SFDC Development & Customization ensuring best practices are followed.Implement and manage Salesforce DevOPS processes enhancing deployment efficiency and reliability.Develop and maintain SFDC Service Cloud solutions improving customer service and support capabilities.Design and implement SFDC Lightning components enhancing the user interface and experience.Configure Salesforce applications to meet specific business needs ensuring seamless integration with other systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends applying them to improve solutions.Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Contribute to the companys IT Consulting and Analytics initiatives driving innovation and efficiency.
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in SFDC Development & Customization ensuring best practices are followed.Have extensive experience in Salesforce DevOPS enhancing deployment efficiency and reliability.Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Service Cloud improving customer service and support capabilities.Show expertise in SFDC Lightning enhancing the user interface and experience.Have a solid understanding of SFDC Configuration ensuring seamless integration with other systems.Experience in IT Consulting and Analytics is a plus driving innovation and efficiency.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Excellent communication and collaboration skills working effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning.Commitment to staying updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends.Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to code quality and standards.Ability to work in a hybrid model with a day shift ensuring flexibility and work-life balance.
