Sr. Techno‑Functional Analyst – Oracle Fusion HCM (Absence, OTL & Payroll)

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Sr. TechnoFunctional Analyst with strong expertise in Absence Management, Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), and Payroll.

In this role, you will support global HR operations, lead HCM solution delivery, and contribute to major HR digital transformation initiatives across a large and highly matrixed global organization.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions, drive configurations, ensure seamless quarterly releases, and provide expert L3 support.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Implementation

• Design, configure, and enhance solutions across Absence, OTL, and Payroll modules.
• Deliver HCM functionalities through CHRs, project initiatives, and Agile delivery cycles.
• Translate business requirements into robust, scalable system solutions.

Support & Issue Resolution

• Provide L3 techno-functional support for complex and critical issues.
• Perform defect analysis, identify root causes, and implement sustainable fixes.
• Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure smooth and stable daily operations.

Testing & Release Readiness

• Lead testing for quarterly Oracle Cloud upgrades, feature enhancements, and deployments.
• Review and interpret Oracle release documentation to assess system impacts.
• Ensure all configurations and changes are thoroughly validated prior to go-live.

Documentation & Change Enablement

• Create and maintain solution documentation, functional specs, test scripts, and process flows.
• Conduct training workshops for business users and internal teams.
• Support structured change management initiatives to drive adoption and minimize disruption.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on techno-functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Hire-to-Retire (H2R) process flows.
• Expertise in at least two of the following modules:
• Absence Management
• OTL (Oracle Time & Labor)
• Payroll
• Minimum two full end-to-end implementations in Absence/OTL/Payroll.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience in large, global, matrix-based organizations.
