Job Description
The ideal candidate needs tofind, screen, and hire candidates for specialized tech roles (IT, Engineering, etc.), work with delivery managers, write job descriptions, source on niche platforms (LinkedIn), conduct interviews (behavioral & technical), manage the candidate pipeline, and promote the company's brand to attract top talent in a competitive market, keeping up with tech trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Attraction: Use job boards, social media, and tech communities to find candidates;attend tech events;build talent pipelines.
- Screening & Assessment: Write job descriptions, screen resumes for technical skills, conduct initial phone screens, and assess technical/behavioral fit.
- Collaboration: Partner with delivery managers to understand needs, define roles, and align on candidates.
- Candidate Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from offer to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Strategy: Develop new recruiting strategies, leverage recruitment tools, and stay updated on technology trends.
Essential Skills:
- Strong understanding of technology and IT roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills..
- Strategic thinking, organizational skills, and problem-solving.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (HR, Business, or Tech field).
- Experience in third party recruitment, particularly for technical roles, is crucial.
