Job Description
Area(s) of responsibility
- 10+ Years of Testing Experience and currently Managing large testing programs.
- 5+ Years’ Experience on Test Management with Handling of test size of 25+
- Experience on Implementation of testing processes, Frameworks
- Handson experience on Estimations and knowledge of test estimation approaches
- Hands on experience on creation of Test Strategy, Test Planning and resource planning
- Experience on reporting Testing Metrics, KPI and improvements
- Good Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
- Hands on experience on Project Toll Gates, Test Reporting and Project based communication
- Experience on Agile methodology and understand the concepts for the entire lifecycle
- Good Understanding on Manual Testing Concepts and Testing solutions (API Test, Mobile Testing)
- Good Experience on Test Management Tools
- Hands on experience on Test Case Reviews, Execution Planning, Defect Management and Testing Dashboards
