Job Title: Functional Tester/Business Analyst

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Functional Tester/Business Analyst to perform functional testing, support business analysis activities, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are captured accurately and meet project goals. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in both testing and business analysis, helping to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Testing:

• Create, execute, and maintain functional test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications.
• Identify, document, and track defects and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Perform regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that software meets business needs and quality standards.
• Collaborate with QA teams to design comprehensive test plans and test strategies.
• Verify that all functionality works as intended in real-world scenarios.

 

Business Analysis:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional documentation.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and document functional specifications, process flows, and use cases.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, QA, and operations) to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure that user stories are well-defined and meet acceptance criteria.
