Job Description
Coordination of stakeholder New Part Development on time with Right Process, Tooling's and Right Quality to Meet Proto ,SOP & EDM Requirements.
• Proto parts quality approval, Q-info update in PLM, Initial sample approval in PQP portal, AQP sign off with suppliers
• Inspection of Tooled up parts, Validation of SSD
• Parts quality approval for FTR, PFD, PFMEA, Control plan and Checking Aids assessment, Cp / Cpk confirmation for CTQ parameters
• Run @ Rate confirmation for SOP volume, PPAP audit
• Audit observation points closure, Raising Bulk approval request, Parts quality issues analysis and closure
• Drawing study for new development parts
• DFM sign off with relevant stake-holders.
• Supplier interaction for Volume sharing, Time line adherence
• Creating Proto Part Price Approval request
• Update SAP views and HSN code
• Coordinate with SPM team for timely Proto PO release
• Proto parts Development within the Program timelines.
• Coordinating with SQ teams for Proto Part sample inspection and approval.
• Proto Part Inwarding and ensuring GRN for Proto Part and Proto Tooling.
• Coordinating for Tooling approval with SQ and Fitment sign off with Plant for Tooled up Parts
• Ensuring Part availability to Meet MPS Plan.
• Maintaining and updation of Individual Discrete Parts tracker of his/her scope for devt. Mile stones and Targets
• Supplier critical process Poka-yoke implementation
• Re-validation of supplier process after countermeasures implemented
• Re-PPAP of critical field issues faced in new parts within 12 MRO
