Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and complete pre & post onboarding processes, coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Expertise in Background verification of large headcount.
- Build & manage MIS, dashboards and onboarding analytics
- Drive technology enhancements and HRMS/AI-based onboarding automation
- Manage outsourced teams and vendor partners
- Ensure strict compliance, documentation standards & audit readiness
- Deliver onboarding outcomes within defined TATs
- Collaborate closely with business, HR and tech teams to deliver onboarding newhire experience
- Exposure to AI-based onboarding processes and HRMS platforms
- Ability to lead small teams & manage vendors competently.
Role Requirements:
- Post-Graduate in HR (MBA/PGDM)
- 5+ years of experience in endtoend onboarding operations
- Experience of managing onboarding for 7,000+ employees
- Strong analytical, problem-solving & stakeholder management skills
- Expertise in Advanced Excel, Power-Point and HR reporting
