Job Description
Area(s) of responsibility
| •Implements AWS-native monitoring services (CloudWatch, CloudTrail, VPC Flow Logs) along with Datadog integration to provide end-to-end visibility across Drupal websites and supporting EKS/RDS environments. |
| •Configures log aggregation, health checks, and alerting rules to monitor application performance, SLA adherence (99.99% uptime), and cross-region failover effectiveness. |
| •Develops real-time dashboards for traffic, latency, and error tracking to support proactive operations. |
| •Integrates monitoring insights with incident management workflows, enabling faster detection, triage, and resolution for operations team |
| •Agent deployments for various tools , integrating cloud workloads with any third-party s/w requirements |
