Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices and full stack applications.
• Drive architecture modernization initiatives, transitioning legacy systems to modern cloud-native platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategy and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams across backend and frontend domains.
• Develop and maintain middle-tier services with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Contribute to UI/UX design discussions and implementation using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
• Champion DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Ensure code quality through rigorous reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on Java and C++. 5+ Years experience as an technical lead/architect
• Proven experience in modernizing tech stacks and migrating monolithic applications to microservices.
• Expertise in Full Stack development including backend (Java/C++) and frontend (React/Angular).
• Strong understanding of middle-tier architecture, RESTful APIs, and service-oriented design.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Solid grasp of DevOps principles, CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab), and infrastructure as code.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka).
• Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
• Contributions to open-source projects or technical communities
