Sr Specialist Tech Business Analysis

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

Create product roadmap and project plan.

Organize and facilitate Scrum team meetings including Release and Sprint planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Demo and Retrospectives.

Support in developing, maintaining, and grooming Product Backlog.

Remove impediments and manage dependencies, risks, and issues during Sprint execution.

Provide inputs and clarify business and technical requirements during project and release planning.

Guide, manage, support on job duties and conduct performance reviews for the direct reportee's.

Utilize JIRA, Confluence wiki and Microsoft office tools for product management.

Lead the team in embracing Test Driven Development and DevOps principles & practices for software development.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field

•    7+ years of product owner experience with proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

o    Experience within high tech, software and/or wireless/telecom industry is a plus

•    7+ years working within scaled agile development team

•    Solid technical background with understanding and/or experience in software development

•    Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert consumer insights and performance data into high impact product initiatives

•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and senior leaders

•    know any one programming language i.e Python, Java  is a plus

•    Technical skills would include;  Salesforce,  Jira, Scaled Agile Framework, full stack web design, Rest api, application design

Shift timing :

Shift falls typically between 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm India standard time. Occasionally may have to work long hours in situations when it is needed.
