Role: Sr Specialist Admin & Facility (Technical Services)

Key Skills & Qualifications
Technical Infrastructure & Operations:
- Oversee maintenance of critical facility systems such as HVAC, Backup Generators, UPS Systems, Fire Suppression System, PACs, Electrical Panels etc.
- Manage facility operations and technical services for office/building infrastructure.
- Oversee HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, DG sets, UPS, and fire safety systems.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of facility equipment.
- Supervise vendor management for AMC, repairs, and facility services.
- Ensure statutory compliance and safety regulations (fire, electrical, building).
- Monitor facility budgets, maintenance costs, and service contracts.
- Handle space management, office layout, and infrastructure planning.
- Manage housekeeping, security, and facility staff.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day facility operations and quick issue resolution.
- Support energy management and cost optimization initiatives.
Preferred Experience
- Graduate Electrical / Mechanical Engineer with 10 years of experience in Administration & Facilities Management
