Key Skills & Qualifications


Technical Infrastructure & Operations:

  • Oversee maintenance of critical facility systems such as HVAC, Backup Generators, UPS Systems, Fire Suppression System, PACs, Electrical Panels etc.
  • Manage facility operations and technical services for office/building infrastructure.
  • Oversee HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, DG sets, UPS, and fire safety systems.
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of facility equipment.
  • Supervise vendor management for AMC, repairs, and facility services.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and safety regulations (fire, electrical, building).
  • Monitor facility budgets, maintenance costs, and service contracts.
  • Handle space management, office layout, and infrastructure planning.
  • Manage housekeeping, security, and facility staff.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day facility operations and quick issue resolution.
  • Support energy management and cost optimization initiatives.


Preferred Experience

  • Graduate Electrical / Mechanical Engineer with 10 years of experience in Administration & Facilities Management
