Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid Sr. Software Manager role based in Pune, with flexibility for partial remote work. The chosen candidate will lead and manage software development teams, oversee project lifecycles, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities include designing and analyzing distributed systems, coordinating with stakeholders to set project goals, and executing strategies for improving team performance and productivity. The role demands both technical expertise and strong leadership capabilities to ensure the alignment of technical goals with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Work withNode.js and frameworks such asExpress andStrongLoop .
• Develop using templating engines likeJade andEJS , along withHTML5 andCSS3 for front-end components.
• Manage backend systems includingMySQL databases andTomcat server deployment.
• Utilize JavaScript concepts including theDOM and workflows such asFlux orRedux .
• Work onJava ,JEE ,Spring Boot , andMongoDB for full-stack application development.
• Understand and apply fundamental design principles necessary for buildingscalable applications .
• Implement and integrateRESTful APIs efficiently.
• Use modern authorization mechanisms such asJSON Web Tokens (JWT) .
• Work with modern front-end build pipelines and development tools.
