Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer B2 with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS SQL Java JavaScript and MySQL. Experience in Account Management and Cash Management is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required. Proficiency in English is essential.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS SQL Java JavaScript and MySQL.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Work closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Implement best practices for software development and ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
  • Ensure that all software solutions are scalable and secure.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience in AWS SQL Java JavaScript and MySQL.
  • Should have a solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
  • Must be proficient in English both written and spoken.
  • Experience in Account Management and Cash Management is a plus.
  • Should have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Should have a proactive attitude and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
