Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer B2 with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in AWS SQL Spring Boot Java Spring MVC JavaScript and MySQL. Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS SQL Spring Boot Java Spring MVC JavaScript and MySQL.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Implement security and data protection measures.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of applications.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in AWS SQL Spring Boot Java Spring MVC JavaScript and MySQL.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Show proficiency in writing clean maintainable and efficient code.
  • Have experience in the Cards & Payments domain (nice to have).
  • Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • Show ability to work in a hybrid work model with day shifts.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Show ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
  • Have experience with agile development methodologies.
