Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in React JS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site during day shifts. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that drive our companys success.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using React JS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application performance.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
  • Write clean maintainable and efficient code.
  • Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of the applications developed.
  • Document development processes code changes and other technical information.

  • Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in software development.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in React JS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Have strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Display a proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new technologies.
