Role & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain ServiceNow custom applications, focusing on UI/Portal development using UI Builder, Seismic, and reusable components.

Build REST API integrations, advanced scripting, and Flow Designer configurations for backend automation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis, design, and solutioning.

Develop responsive and scalable web applications using JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS / React).

Ensure high coding standards, documentation, and best practices are maintained.

Requirements

5+ years of direct ServiceNow Application Development experience.

Experience in at least one module: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, CSM, SPM, HRSD, or GRC.

Strong hands-on in App Engine, Studio, UI Builder, Workspaces, Integration Hub.

Proficient in JavaScript scripting, workflows, and integrations.

Should have done more than 3 integrations

Ability to work independently under tight timelines.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
