8 - 10years of practical experience as an SAP BASIS Administrator

Analytical thinking and approach to questions and tasks

S/4 Hana hands-on + Migration experience

In addition, team spirit and reliability as well as service orientation towards customers

Strong Industry and Functional expertise with configuration and design experience on SAP

Experience in business engagement and senior Stakeholder management.

Ability to organize team and resolve critical situations or complex requirements.

Familiar with tools and technology necessary to manage SAP projects & support (Ticketing tool, monitoring tools, Demand/Capacity management tools, Monitoring tools and automation)

Ability to work within a fast-paced, high pressure, dynamic environment. Should be able to influence decision-making and able to drive project delivery."

Experience architecting large (international) SAP Solutions or implementations and build innovative solutions on-premise and on cloud infrastructure.
