Job Description

Job Title: Senior Sales Professional Enterprise /Lending (LOS/LMS) software Segment

This role is for a Global Fintech /Software Product Company

Role Summary

  • Manage a high-value, high-visibility portfolio within the banking/Lending (LOS/LMS) segment. Handle Key Banking Partners
  • Drive new bookings and revenue growth through strategic account management.
  • Act as the primary sales lead for large regional banks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account plans to grow and expand existing business.
  • Generate new opportunities through proactive hunting and consultative selling.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across business, technology, product, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Manage complex enterprise sales cycles end-to-end.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and sales activity through structured CRM usage and reporting.
  • Position solutions based on a deep understanding of the client's business needs and challenges.
  • Operate as a trusted advisor within assigned accounts.
  • Handling India Accounts

Key Skills & Experience

  • 15+ years of enterprise sales experience in software, SaaS, or FinTech.
  • Strong exposure to the banking domain (preferably Lending software).
  • Proven track record in consultative sales and book-of-business growth.
  • Ability to navigate complex enterprise buying environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Handling Key Banks using lending software
  • Deep understanding of industry trends, market landscape, and competitive positioning.
  • Results-oriented, responsive, and highly accountable.
