Job Description
Job Title: Senior Sales Professional Enterprise /Lending (LOS/LMS) software Segment
This role is for a Global Fintech /Software Product Company
Role Summary
- Manage a high-value, high-visibility portfolio within the banking/Lending (LOS/LMS) segment. Handle Key Banking Partners
- Drive new bookings and revenue growth through strategic account management.
- Act as the primary sales lead for large regional banks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account plans to grow and expand existing business.
- Generate new opportunities through proactive hunting and consultative selling.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across business, technology, product, and procurement stakeholders.
- Manage complex enterprise sales cycles end-to-end.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and sales activity through structured CRM usage and reporting.
- Position solutions based on a deep understanding of the client's business needs and challenges.
- Operate as a trusted advisor within assigned accounts.
- Handling India Accounts
Key Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of enterprise sales experience in software, SaaS, or FinTech.
- Strong exposure to the banking domain (preferably Lending software).
- Proven track record in consultative sales and book-of-business growth.
- Ability to navigate complex enterprise buying environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Handling Key Banks using lending software
- Deep understanding of industry trends, market landscape, and competitive positioning.
- Results-oriented, responsive, and highly accountable.
