Sr. Sales Officer / Sales Officer – South Karnataka

We are hiring a Senior Sales Officer / Sales Officer for a field sales, territory sales role based in Bangalore , handling South Karnataka for a reputed bicycle / auto-component manufacturing company .

• Drive territory sales performance across assigned districts in South Karnataka
• Achieve primary and secondary volume targets with strong execution discipline
• Expand market coverage and business reach in existing and new locations
• Ensure product availability, range visibility, and stock movement across the market
• Maintain strict control on credit, receivables, and payment cycles
• Execute BTL initiatives including trade promotions, retailer engagement, and visibility programs
• Track and respond to competitor activity, pricing trends, and market dynamics
• Build strong trade relationships to improve loyalty and repeat business
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, MIS, and market intelligence
• Uphold brand standards, pricing integrity, and company processes in the territory

• Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales (preferably FMCG / Consumer Durables / Bicycle / Auto Ancillary industry)
• Strong exposure to channel sales
• Willingness to travel extensively across districts
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• MBA is an added advantage
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore
