Designation - School Development Advisor

Location -Jaipur.

Compensation - 5-7 LPA (Jaipur)

Role Overview:

• Responsible for building and managing school partnerships, understanding school needs, and ensuring smooth execution of PE & sports programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with school principals & decision makers
• Conduct school needs analysis and propose customized solutions.
• Support new school acquisition through presentations & meetings.
• Identify upsell opportunities (events, after-school programs, team training).

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication & presentation
• Strong relationship management
• Coordination & problem solving
• Basic sports/PE knowledge (added advantage)

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Education, Sports, Business, or related field
• 2-3+ years in school relations/business development/program coordination.
