Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Shaikpet for a Senior Sales Consultant. The role involves managing and converting leads generated through the organisations marketing channels (organic and paid). The Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for promptly connecting with prospects, understanding their investment needs, and guiding them through the sales process.

The candidate must maintain accurate updates in the CRM, track lead progress, and ensure consistent follow-ups to move prospects through the sales funnel. The role also requires close alignment with the marketing team to understand campaign strategies, provide feedback on lead quality, and help refine outreach efforts. In addition, the candidate must stay aligned with the organisations business priorities, including sales targets, cash flow requirements, and maintaining existing client relations.

Qualifications

• 35 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate, with a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding weekly & monthly targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track-record in managing leads, building relationships, and closing sales with clients
• Experience working with CRM systems, including maintaining accurate lead updates and tracking the sales pipeline (preferably HubSpot)
• Must possess strong upselling and deal-closing abilities to maximize transaction value.
• Good understanding of the Hyderabad real estate market, investment trends, and buyer behavior
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
