Role Overview
TheRevenue Managerownsend-to-end revenue performance for an assigned platform or brand. This is aP&L ownership role, responsible for driving GMV growth through creator performance, team execution, and tight operational control.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownmonthly and quarterly GMV targets for the assigned platform
- Plan and executerevenue growth strategies using creators, incentives, and campaigns
- Drivecreator performance improvement , including2030% cohort upgrades
- Lead and manageIRMs , ensuring high execution quality and accountability
- Track daily/weekly performance metrics and run regular reviews
- Ensureefficient use of incentives and rewards with clear ROI
Ideal Candidate
- 36 years of experience in creator economy, influencer marketing, or e-commerce growth
- Strong ownership mindset with comfort around numbers and people management
- High bias for execution and accountability
- Experience working with creators or marketplaces is a plus
