Sr. Recruiter

Role : Sr / Recruiter - Location: Mumbai / Delhi / Chennai

Seeking an experienced recruiter . The role will involve hiring top talent and ensuring seamless offer to joining experience.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Ensure timely and error free offer releases as per offer metrics.
• Negotiate Salary packages and terms with candidates as per organization policy.
• Achieve high joining ratios with effective post offer engagement.
• Post offer compliance tracking for offered candidates.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Leading relationships with business hiring managers to discuss, recommend resourcing channels and sourcing suitable candidates.
• Maintaining Correct data Matrices
