Job Description
Role : Sr / Recruiter - Location: Mumbai / Delhi / Chennai
Seeking an experienced recruiter . The role will involve hiring top talent and ensuring seamless offer to joining experience.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Ensure timely and error free offer releases as per offer metrics.
- Negotiate Salary packages and terms with candidates as per organization policy.
- Achieve high joining ratios with effective post offer engagement.
- Post offer compliance tracking for offered candidates.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Leading relationships with business hiring managers to discuss, recommend resourcing channels and sourcing suitable candidates.
- Maintaining Correct data Matrices
