Role Overview
The Senior Recruiter will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across departments, with a strong focus on attracting top-tier talent in digital marketing, media, creative, tech, and performance marketing roles. This role requires strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define role requirements
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Enhance employer branding and candidate experience
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring best practices
Qualifications & Skills
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house preferred)
- Proven experience hiring for digital marketing, tech, or media roles
- Strong sourcing and networking capabilities (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS and recruitment analytics
