Role Overview

The Senior Recruiter will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across departments, with a strong focus on attracting top-tier talent in digital marketing, media, creative, tech, and performance marketing roles. This role requires strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define role requirements
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Enhance employer branding and candidate experience
  • Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring best practices


Qualifications & Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house preferred)
  • Proven experience hiring for digital marketing, tech, or media roles
  • Strong sourcing and networking capabilities (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS and recruitment analytics
