About the Role: NLB Services is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter experienced working for C2H roles in the India/ Domestic staffing.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and client coordination, especially for C2H Hiring

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles.

Mandatory experience of C2H hiring.

Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of quality profiles.

Source candidates using job portals, social networks, references, and internal databases.

Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on client prerequisites.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.

Track recruitment metrics, maintain MIS reports, and update hiring dashboards.

Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Required Skills & Experiences

For Recruiter

13 years of recruitment experience (mix experience acceptable but majority should be in C2H hiring).

Experience working with client-side hiring teams.

Good understanding of various IT roles (Operations, Sales, Finance, Customer Support, etc.).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet hiring deadlines.
