About the Role

We are looking for a talented React / JavaScript Developer to join our front-end development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing intuitive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript technologies. Youll collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver engaging, scalable, and responsive web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end components using React.js , JavaScript (ES6+) , HTML5 , and CSS3 / SCSS .
• Build reusable UI components and ensure consistency across web applications.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design wireframes into high-quality code.
• Participate in code reviews , contribute to architecture decisions, and follow best practices.
• Debug and fix issues, ensuring robust, maintainable, and secure code.
• Stay current with the latest front-end technologies, libraries, and tools.
• Willingness to overlap working hours in the evening/night for team meetings with offshore team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) , React.js , and related tools such as React Hooks , Context API , and Redux .
• Deep understanding of HTML5 , CSS3 , and responsive design principles.
• Experience with frontend build tools like Webpack, Babel, or Vite.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative workflows.
• Good understanding of REST APIs , JSON , and asynchronous data handling .
• Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization techniques.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with TypeScript .
• Familiarity with Next.js or other server-side rendering frameworks.
• Knowledge of GraphQL , TailwindCSS , or Material-UI .
• Experience integrating frontend with backend APIs (Node.js, Python, etc.).
• Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines , Docker , or cloud deployments (AWS, Azure) .
