Sr. Quality Engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Set up testing environments.
Establish standards and procedures for product quality and release readiness.
Build and lead QA teams.
Develop and implement quality processes and benchmarks.
Mentor team members technically.
Apply business domain knowledge.
Stay updated with industry trends.
Oversee the entire SDLC, including deployment processes.
Utilize automation tools.

Skills Required:

Mid-level QA/Testing tools knowledge.
Basic SQL and scripting experience.
Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Should be knowledgeable with JIRA or equivalent tools
Leadership and mentoring abilities.
Awareness of industry trends.
Automation knowledge. Experienced with Selenium or any equivalent tools.
