Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Quality Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience in Java and Selenium. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our software products. The role requires a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel. Experience in Program Management is a plus.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality.
  • Utilize Java and Selenium to automate test scripts and improve testing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.
  • Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure software stability.
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Monitor and track software defects and ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior quality engineers.
  • Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Perform root cause analysis on defects and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

  • Possess strong experience in Java and Selenium for test automation.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Have experience in Program Management is a nice to have.
  • Show proficiency in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
  • Display a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
