Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Quality Engineer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in GITHUB BDD AWS Cyara Cucumber Javascript Jenkins Java TestNG Jira Selenium Maven and PL/SQL. Experience in IVR testing Insurance - is a plus.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of test plans and test cases to ensure software quality.
  • Oversee the implementation of automated testing frameworks using tools like Selenium Cucumber and TestNG.
  • Provide expertise in GITHUB for version control and collaboration on test scripts.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing processes with Jenkins for continuous integration.
  • Utilize AWS for cloud-based testing environments and infrastructure.
  • Implement BDD practices to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
  • Conduct performance testing using Cyara to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain test scripts in Javascript and Java for automated testing.
  • Manage test data and environments using PL/SQL for database interactions.
  • Track and report defects using Jira ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
  • Use Maven for project build management and dependency resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in software testing.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members in testing methodologies and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in GITHUB BDD AWS Cyara Cucumber Javascript Jenkins Java TestNG Jira Selenium Maven and PL/SQL.
  • Have experience in developing and executing automated test scripts.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment.
  • Show expertise in cloud-based testing environments using AWS.
  • Exhibit knowledge of BDD practices and their implementation.
  • Have experience in performance testing and using tools like Cyara.
  • Be proficient in programming languages such as Javascript and Java.
  • Have experience with database interactions using PL/SQL.
  • Be familiar with project build management using Maven.
  • Show experience in defect tracking and management using Jira.
  • Have a proactive approach to ensuring software quality and reliability.
  • Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    • Certifications Required

    Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE) AWS Certified Solutions Architect ISTQB Certified Tester Preffered
