• 6+ years of experience in QA / SDET / Test Engineering
• Strong hands-on automation experience (Playwright is mandatory)
• Proven experience building or extending automation frameworks
• Excellent SQL skills (joins, complex queries, real DB validation)
• Hands-on experience with Java and/or JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience working in Agile and CI/CD environments
• Exposure to API testing and data-heavy applications

• Deep ownership of automation strategy
• Framework design, CI/CD integration, POCs

Team-lead track

• Experience mentoring or leading junior QA engineers
• Test planning, reviews, execution ownership
