Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-level work streams and manage business transitions across functions. The role requires close collaboration with executive leadership to drive organizational readiness, deliver cost-effective programs, and ensure smooth transitions while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Program Management

• Provide direction and leadership to enterprise work streams across all aspects of the business.
• Drive and program-manage internal readiness across functions for setting up new transitions.
• Work closely with executive leadership to understand strategic direction and deliver effective business solutions.

Transition & Stakeholder Management

• Be responsible for managing transitions for the assigned Line of Service / Business at the site level.
• Handle escalations and act as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Negotiate key process changes and introduce innovative, cost-effective programs.

Team Leadership & Development

• Demonstrate strong leadership, sound judgment, and decision-making abilities.
• Coach and mentor teams to improve performance, build a leadership bench, and ensure succession planning.

Continuous Improvement

• Champion a culture of continuous improvement across teams, processes, and programs.

Key Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project, program, or transition management.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Educational Qualification

• Any Graduate

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and escalation-handling skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strategic thinking with a solution-oriented approach.
