Technical Oversight

Collaborate with network architects and engineers to design robust solutions

Ensure compliance with ITIL standards and security protocols

Oversee implementation of LAN/WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, and cloud networking

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors

Lead cross-functional meetings and status updates

Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance

Risk & Quality Assurance

Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks

Ensure quality control and adherence to SLAs

Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned
