Job Description
Amazon Now (Quick Commerce) Supply Chain Team is looking for an experience S&OP Planner with experience in managing complex supply chain and with proven track record of building planning systems and processes.
The incumbent will be responsible to building planning tools and processes, writing S&OP playbooks and conceptualizing innovative solutions to drive planning accuracy across miles.
The ideal candidate will be one who is passionate about leveraging data to provide actionable insights, focused on delivering consistent results, and is experienced in driving execution in a cross
- functional environment with multiple stakeholders.

- velocity decisions, working with senior stakeholders across teams, relish working with large transactional volumes, and are able to navigate highly complex and frequently ambiguous business context.
Key job responsibilities:
• Design S&OP processes, forecasting and planning tools and drive continuous improvement
• Analyse complex data, demand trends, customer behavior and operational insights to be able learn quickly and improve planning accuracy
• Own S&OP performance metrics and build programs and capabilities to drive them at scale.
• Partner with upstream teams to decide on peak strategy inputs, get leadership sign
- off’s on debate topics, co
- ordinate timelines across various stakeholders managing dependencies, publish plans timely across teams, and maintain a consistent and smooth information flow
• Lead leadership reviews and programs pertaining to S&OP
• Work effectively with wide set of stakeholders to gather inputs, insights and to influence changes in order to raise the bar on planning processes
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
