Roles & Responsibilities:

Perform root cause analyses of fault in PCB & discuss with R&D team for any rectification in hardware or software.

Maintain the product quality with proper follow up of QC procedure
Manpower handler including task follow up
Daily basis product planning as per sales order
Train & develop next line of supervisor for product line, management
Follow product specifications and quality control measures
Determine ad train the technician for which machines, tools, equipment, etc. will be used and where they will be stationed in the facility
Ensure all steps of production run smoothly and efficiently
Able to work with under pressure in coordination with sales & product development team
Good Accuracy and Efficiency, maintaining discipline in production department
