Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist(T) with 6 to 10 years of experience in Trackwise On-prem. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and preferably experience in the Medical Devices domain. This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills and offers a day shift. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of Trackwise On-prem solutions to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of Trackwise to meet specific business requirements.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Trackwise-related issues to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Trackwise enhancements.
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate Trackwise configurations and customizations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the Medical Devices domain.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their proficiency with Trackwise.
  • Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Trackwise processes and configurations.
  • Participate in project planning and provide technical expertise for Trackwise-related initiatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in Trackwise and related technologies.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying and implementing best practices.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience with Trackwise On-prem solutions.
  • Should possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Must have excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
  • Should have a good understanding of the Medical Devices domain.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
  • Must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Should have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Should have experience in conducting user training sessions.
  • Must be familiar with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Should have a continuous learning mindset and stay updated with technological advancements.
  • Must be able to create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
