Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist(T) with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PLM Functional Knowledge PLM Data Migration Migration tools and Teamcenter. This role is hybrid and requires no travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our product lifecycle management processes ensuring seamless data migration and contributing to the overall success of our projects.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of PLM solutions to optimize product lifecycle management processes.
  • Oversee the data migration activities ensuring accuracy and completeness of migrated data.
  • Provide technical expertise in the use of migration tools to facilitate efficient data transfer.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop migration strategies.
  • Ensure the integrity and quality of data throughout the migration process.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to PLM processes and data migration.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members on PLM tools and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLM systems and data migration.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of migration projects ensuring timely completion.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored PLM solutions.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance PLM processes and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all PLM activities.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior team members fostering a collaborative work environment.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in PLM Functional Knowledge ensuring effective management of product lifecycle processes.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in PLM Data Migration ensuring seamless and accurate data transfer.
  • Have hands-on experience with migration tools facilitating efficient data migration.
  • Show in-depth knowledge of Teamcenter enabling effective use and troubleshooting of the system.
  • Nice to have experience in Product Lifecycle Management domain adding value to the overall PLM strategy.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills ensuring timely resolution of PLM-related issues.
  • Display strong communication skills facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
