Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist (T) with 6 to 9 years of experience in Temenos Payments Hub. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a good understanding of Investment Banking Operations. This hybrid role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a day shift. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and support of Temenos Payments Hub solutions.
  • Oversee the integration of Temenos Payments Hub with existing systems.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of payment processing systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for Temenos Payments Hub.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to payment processing.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance and performance.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices.
