Scope and acquire new working capital clients for the working capital segment of the bank called Business Banking Group. The individual will be responsible for scoping new bank clients from branch customers, existing client references and open market activity. Post disbursement monitoring and management of the client till first renewal will also be the responsibility of the RM.


Overall Job Description


Acquire & maintain business banking asset clients for the bank

Service to the client basis customers requirement

Ensure daily / weekly visits to different sourcing channels like branches and DSAs/

Negotiate deals by interacting with people at various levels of the organization and outside environment

Achieve individual targets and grow account profitability, while maintaining a high service standard and compliance

Acquiring assets, trade & forex clients.

Managing assets, trade & forex of the acquired set of clients and achieving the assigned targets.

Dealing in various Trade and Treasury Products, Bill Discounting, Bank Guarantee, Letter of Credit, Cash Credit / Overdraft, Payment and Cash Management, Factoring, etc.

Customizing product as per the customer requirements

Plan the activities to acquire New Client acquisition

Providing support in all the operational activities of bank

Coordinating with credit team and other related departments

To deepen share of wallet for the acquired portfolio

To support/implement marketing initiatives and lead generation channels

Sourcing business for credit proposals from corporate

Act as single point for customer query resolution and compliance

Ensure compliance and timely update of CRM activities on time - Branch Visits, Customer Visits, Lead Fulfilment etc.

Timely responses to central queries of various aspects of RM activities, including but not limited to daily sales report.

EDUCATION

Essential requirement: Graduate/Post-Graduate

Preferred: MBA
