Sr Part Planning Specialist

• Ensuring the supply of pre-series and series vehicles with components at the required maturity level.
• Creating transparency regarding the component status.
• Organizing the exchange of information between cross functional departments.
• Escalation and decision-making for component-related ramp-up issues.
• Integration of development, procurement, production, quality, and other internal departments.
• The candidate would need to interact and align with global group companies and external partners.

Good to Have:

• Experience in working with European organizations
• Preference for candidates who can speak and write in German
• Knowledge of working experience in PLM: Wind chill

Required Skill Set:

• Project Management: Extensive experience in managing single and multiple projects.
• Proficient in automotive product development processes, such as PEP and APQP.
• Strong technical understanding of automotive aggregates and components.
• Significant experience in planning and executing automotive product launches.
• Experienced in leading various automotive projects from initiation to launch.
• Skilled in professionally documenting, summarizing, and prioritizing tasks.
• Capable of making decisions, conducting reviews and approvals, and presenting to management.
• Able to plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, and reporting project status to management.
• Proficient in optimizing existing processes and defining new processes, methods, and standards.
• Adept at developing and maintaining strong technical relationships with key stakeholders and business partners to achieve optimal results.
• Excellent moderation skills in English.
• High communication skills and adept at interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Independent and self-reliant, with expertise in presentations.
• A team player who can structure and solve challenges, with good assertiveness and diplomatic skills.
• Proficient in MS Access, Excel (VBA), MS Office, and project management tools.
• Flexible and willing to travel internationally.
