Job Responsibilities

Source, screen, and recruit OPT/CPT/H1/GC/GC EAD/H4EAD/Citizen candidates for US IT positions

Understand GC/USC/H1B/OPT/STEM OPT timelines, EAD, and visa compliance.

Coordinate with account managers, bench sales, and marketing teams

Conduct initial screenings and validate candidate documentation

Maintain ATS and ensure accurate candidate data management

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of all Visa candidates

Required Skills

5+ years of hands-on experience as an OPT Recruiter

Strong knowledge of US recruitment process and visa types

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and referrals
